On August 27th, weighing 7lbs and at 20 inches, little Annaliese found herself in a much bigger and brighter place surrounded by those too familiar voices showering her with their love and devotion. I am sure that was the day the great love affair started for her and her family. For me it was on September 19th--the day she showed up for her session. Her eyes are a brilliant deep blue that just soak you in and strike a fire in your heart. Her parents, Tony and Kaleena, say they find themselves falling more and more in love with her as each day passes. I can't imagine how it could be any other way. Her big brother, Caleb, made sure to check on her when I made her cry. Hold on...this was not my fault; she didn't like the poses I tried out with her. I think Annaliese has made her start as a diva. She knows how to rock it out all on her own. She lifts her head and gives me smiling eyes. I can't praise her
enough for owning the light and her audience. I look towards Annaliese's bright future and hope I will be there for some of those moments as I snap away. Without further ado, I would like to introduce you to Miss Annaliese Albertini! My Blog List

Silly boys
Yesterday was a blast! I spent most the day shooting my dear brother's children who were exceptionally insane just for their Aunt Charity.
We spent the evening on an excursion to find the unknown. The mission was a success with huge bugs, dirty forgotten toys and something called chiggers that I was told not to walk in. Well you know how you are wrapped up in the moment and you don't pay attention to what you're doing? Okay maybe it's just me who constantly does this. I back into people and objects all the time while engrossed in shooting and yesterday was no exception. Apparently I sat down in these lovely "chiggers" -- and now I have the itch as a result! I don't recommend going near those nasty flowers that look so innocently like baby's breath. If
I 'd known better, I wouldn't have made a bouquet out of them.
But...out of all the crazy fun we got into, we snapped these shots and here they are for your enjoyment. So enjoy!

You cant really tell but Nolan is taking off his shoe here.
One shoe down just one more to go!
Mission accomplished!
Let the crazy begin!
Ugh these boys make my heart sing!

A day in the life of Sam
Today we spent most of the day on a shopping marathon with Grandma Klop for a Halloween costume! Not just any costume either. We had high hopes for finding something original for Sam. I mean let's face it we are not the monkey or cute lion type. We like quirky monsters, bugs, and things that go broom broom. We like the stuff that boys are made of! So yeah our hopes and expectations were set pretty high for going to an outlet mall in the middle of Ohio. No fancy boutiques in these parts not like we can afford them anyway. Now you might think I was crazy thinking I could find something unique at such a place and in a way you are probably right to think just that. So the questions remains did we reach our goal? Will Sam be an originator? Well the answer is yes and no.. I mean of course he will always be our original. The costume not an original BUT he will not have a tail or cute rosy cheeks either. Nope because this is the stuff that Klop boys are made of!
We included pictures of our day to make it more interesting!

A day in the life of Sam
Sam likes to start each day with a walk. |
Play time is a favorite for Sam.
Sam loves snack time too!
He is very insistent on feeding himself.
Which usually leads to a nice, warm bath.
Sam likes to uses his very own toothpaste and brushes his teeth before bed.
Just another wonderful day with Sam!
